We lifted and leveled the concrete on the side walk and stairs of this estate to remove any trip hazards this may have presented. This allowed the homeowners to list their home on the market with the confidence in knowing their concrete wouldn't cause any issues with potential home buyers. 

Jack J of Madison, VA had been living in His home for the past 30 years. Since moving in, the foundation had a small horizontal crack along the front-facing wall. Over the last 3 years, the crack had gotten worse and that wall had started to bow inward. Our system designer, Jamey Elder, recommended installing GeoLock earth anchors along the front-facing foundation wall and Jack agreed. Foreman Toby Bryant, and his crew installed 7 GeoLocks, securing this foundation wall and preventing any further damage.

This Middletown basement suffered from repeated flooding. Mold was growing and there were water stains on the floors and walls. Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a SuperSump Plus System to ensure that the basement will not flood again.
