Homeowner Dan Power recently purchased a home in Appomattox, VA. His last home had a crawlspace that had been encapsulated, and Dan enjoyed the peace of mind and extra storage space that created for him and his family. We send out one of our System Designers, Caleb Stone, and he did an inspection and created a plan to suit the needs of the Power family. They agreed to the plan, and had WaterGuard, SilverGlo, CleanSpace, and a Sedona SaniDry installed by a crew led by Warren Dickerson. This system would keep their foundation safe from water damage, their energy bills low, and would create more real estate for them to store items in. The customer called with complaints of repeated basement flooding. To solve this issue Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter WaterGuard and a fuller perimeter french drain. Fortress also installed a SuperSump Plus with a SaniDry Sedona and an Ice Guard to ensure that the basement would never again.

This home in Middletown had main level floors that had started to sag. To repair and lift those floors, Fortress Foundation Solutions went out and installed our SmartJack System. The SmartJack system permanently lifts and stabilizes existing beams and floor joists in your crawl space. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing the floors of their home are properly supported!

This basement in Middletown had water seeping up through the foundation when it rained. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this problem. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement!

A homeowner near Waterford, VA, reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing the severe settling of the walkway by his front door. Over time, a significant tripping hazard had developed. A Fortress System Designer conducted an inspection and provided a free estimate. Soon, the Fortress PolyLevel crew arrived at the home and began their work. They drilled small holes at measured intervals into the concrete, filling these holes with PolyLevel until the walkway was lifted to be even with the brick again. Once leveled, the tiny holes were filled, and the sidewalk was restored to its original state. Now, this homeowner can confidently walk on the sidewalk without the fear of tripping!
