A garage in Culpeper was in bad shape. The concrete was seperating from the walls and there were a few large cracks. These things were caused by the house sinking and settling. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection process to level and repair this garage.

The front of the garage at this home in Culpeper, Virginia had starting sinking and cracking. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to lift that concrete back up to it's original position. 

This home in Culpeper had a sidewalk that was sinking and settling, becoming a tripping hazard.

Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. 

The basement of this home in Culpeper had a problem with water seeping in through the foundation walls with rain.

Fortress was able to solve this homeowner's problem by installing our WaterGuard System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe sump pump. These products will work together to keep this basement dry!

The Clean Space is a barrier  that protects the crawl space from the outside elements. We also installed our Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier. These products work together to provide a bright and clean crawl space.
