The customer called with complaints of repeated basement flooding. To solve this issue Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full perimeter WaterGuard and a fuller perimeter french drain. Fortress also installed a SuperSump Plus with a SaniDry Sedona and an Ice Guard to ensure that the basement would never again.

This home in Middletown had main level floors that had started to sag. To repair and lift those floors, Fortress Foundation Solutions went out and installed our SmartJack System. The SmartJack system permanently lifts and stabilizes existing beams and floor joists in your crawl space. After assessing the home, Fortress determined that a full-perimeter WaterGuard, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier were the best solution. The WaterGuard will catch any water coming in and channel it to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the basement. This homeowner no longer has to worry about a wet basement!

This property in Jefferson had a concrete basement floor that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the floor. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
