This homeowner in Frederick called Fortress Foundation Solutions because a big sink hole opened up beneath their stairs. They were worried that their stairs would start sinking and cracking. Fortress determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to solve the problem. The foreman went out and strategically injected Polyurethane foam beneath the concrete to fill void.

This property in Frederick had a section of sidewalk that had sunken and was uneven, becoming a tripping hazard.

The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. 

The basement of this home in Frederick had water coming in with rain, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get this problem solved. After evaluating this home, our System Designer determined that the best waterproofing solution for this home would be to install WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. These products will work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it ever reaches the basement floor, and channeling that water to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line. This homeowner will never have to worry about their basement getting wet again!

Our System Designer went out to evaluate this home and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard System along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The WaterGuard works to catch any groundwater seeping in before it reaches the basement floor. Any water is then drained to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the home through a discharge pipe. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry!

After months of trying to find someone to help out with this home, our System Designer, Adam Catterson, was able to quickly provide a solution for this homeowner and the settling foundation on a corner of their garage. 

Our crew led by Foreman, Rob Burger, installed two Helical Piers to bring the garage back to its original level and to support it the way that it should be.
