This homeowner reached out to Fortress because they had a crawlspace that was wet and musty, and needed our help!
Our System Designer, Curt Withrow, went out to assess the crawlspace and recommended a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with Smart Drain .
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, the vapor barrier and SmartDrain will ensure that this cawlspace will stay clean and dry.
Crawl Space Encapsulation with drainage matting and CleanSpace. WaterGuard and sump pump installed in basement and discharged through the crawlspace. Power braces were used for foundation support and new Sunhouse windows were installed on the front of the house.
Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with an external discharge.
The front walk to this home was cracked in multiple locations. Cracked concrete can be a big tripping hazard. This homeowner called Fortress to help. Chris Wilmouth provided a free estimate and soon the PolyLevel crew was on their way! They went out to lift and level the concrete, as well as, fill in the cracks with our Nexus Pro. Before our team stepped in, the homeowner in Bristow, VA faced a common but frustrating issue: a cracked and sinking concrete patio, making outdoor time less enjoyable and posing a tripping hazard. As you can see in the before photo, the uneven surfaces highlighted the need for a solution.
