This homeowner was frustrated with water coming through their basement walls when it would rain! They reached out and were able to eliminate that frustration by having our WaterGuard drainage system & Smart Sump Pump installed in the problem areas of their basement.
Steve W., a homeowner in Harpers Ferry, WV had some bad settlement around the front of his home. The concrete had settled quite a bit leaving a gap under the front stone facade. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. System Designer Riley Ethier, met with Steve and offered a solution - our PolyLevel Foam Injection System. In this process a skilled installation crew drills small holes at regular intervals, pumping poly foam into the holes to lift and level. After the desired height is reached, the holes are filled back in. As you can see in the 'After' photo, our crew was able to raise the concrete up and close that gap. Now insects and critters no longer have full access to Steve's home!

This customer called us to do repairs on their failing basement wall. The wall was crumbling and quickly loosing its structural integrity. System Designer, Eddie, went out and proposed the use of our EverBrace Wall Restoration System to fully stabilize the failing wall. Foreman Toby and his crew arrived and the job site and installed the system with no issues.
