This client noticed water coming into his crawl space and decided he wanted to get it encapsulated, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent out our System Designer, Dave Mauldin, who did a thorough inspection and gave him an estimate. Later, our Foreman and his crew went out and installed SilverGlo Insulation on the walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the floor and walls to keep it nice and dry. Our client was very satisfied with his crawl space!
A homeowner in Laurel, MD, contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions while preparing to sell their home after noticing significant settling in the floors of their slab foundation. As shown in the before photo, the slab had settled beneath the living room addition, causing uneven floors.
In the after photo, you can see the results after our crew carefully removed the flooring and injected PolyLevel® foam beneath the slab. This process compressed the washed-out soil, filled the voids beneath the concrete, and restored the floor to a level position.

The SuperSump®+ is our most basic sump pump option and does not include a battery backup. If their needs change in the future, the system can easily be upgraded within the same basin to include additional protection and backup options.
When this homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation, their crawl space was in rough shape. Mold, water seepage, and high humidity were creating an unhealthy environment beneath their home. This home had cracked walls and water in the basement plus water in the crawl space. Clean Space Wall was used along the front basement wall with Power Braces to stabilize the block foundation. Waterguard was installed and a Super Sump was placed in the corner of the room. A discharge line was run through the crawl space to the outside of the home. The crawl space had drainage matting installed and was encapsulated using Clean Space. A broken water line was discovered and repaired in the process.
