This crawl space in Ferrum was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System to ensure that this crawl space will stay clean and dry!

This home in Hot Springs, VA had a porch and steps that had drastically sunken and separated. They called Fortress out and we used our PolyLevel Injection system to lift everything up to it's original position.

This basement had damp floors with small puddles. Their painted-on sealant chipped away over time, which caused water to come through the walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain and a TripleSafe sump pump system.

Fortress solved this problem by installing our Push Piers! Push piers are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket. We backfilled around the piers once stabilization and lifting is complete to finish the installation, providing a permanent solution for this homeowner's settlement issues.
