The crawl space of this home in Roanoke was damp and musty, and needed some help!

Our System Designer, Robert Briggs, went out to evaluate this crawl space and recommended installing a complete CleanSpace encapsulation.

Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. This home now has a much cleaner, brighter crawl space.

This basement in Roanoke, Virginia had water seeping through the walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our Water Guard system along with a Super Sump Plus. These two products work together to catch and redirect any water coming into the basement and then pump it outside of the home. 

This crawl space in Roanoke was leaking and moldy. The dirt floor was covered in a thin layer of plastic that did not stop water and mud from getting in. Fortress solved these problems by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System to ensure that this crawl space will stay clean and dry!

This property in Roanoke had a porch that had sunken and was uneven.

Our System Designer went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to fix this problem. The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints. 

This house had a sidewalk that was detaching from the house and sinking. Fortress used the PolyLevel Injection System to raise the sinking sidewalk.
