This home in Troutville, VA had started to notice water seeping into their basement. They wanted to get the problem taken care of before it got worse, so they reached out to Fortress. We went out and installed a WaterGuard system along the perimeter of the basement, along with a TripleSafe, and a SuperSump Plus Sump Pump. Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the TripleSafe and SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Our System Designer, Zach Bullock, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed.
