 This dirty crawlspace really needed some help. It was dirty and moldy from repeated flooding. Fortress installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation to brighten up the space and keep it clean and dry.

The basement of this home in Goodview had water coming in through the walls with rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress to see what could be done to fix this problem.

Our System Designer, Scott Llewellyn, went out to evaluate this home and recommended installing our WaterGuardXL system along the perimeter of the home, along with our CleanSpace Wall System, and a SuperSump sump pump.

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will never again have to worry about a wet basement!

The PowerBrace System is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. These steel i-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position and can be tightened over time to make bowing or tilting walls straighter. This homeowner can now rest assured knowing that their foundation walls are supported and stabilized!

The homeowners in Montvale,VA had started to notice stair stepped cracks in the basement wall of their home. The also noticed the wall was beginning to bow.
