Paul Heckman has called the Lynchburg area home since 1972 and is a graduate of Liberty University with a degree in Sales and Business. With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality, construction, and automotive industries, Paul brings a strong background in customer service and problem-solving to Fortress Foundation Solutions.

In 2023, Paul was promoted to **Lead System Designer in recognition of his productivity and genuine care for his customers**. He takes pride in listening to homeowners, understanding their concerns, and designing the right solution to help create a safer, healthier, and more stable home.

Paul is active in the community and has served on several boards, worked with local nonprofits, and volunteers through his church. He has also been a high school basketball and soccer referee since 2003—so he's no stranger to making tough calls or having someone disagree with him!

Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Missy, and their four children, Anne-Claire, Foster, Carson, and AvaGrace. The Heckman family is excited to welcome their first grandchild in 2026. And when family life isn't keeping them busy, **Paisley, their dachshund, is usually happy to take care of that.**
