Our Overall Service
I am completely satisfied with Fortress Foundation from the initial call to set up an estimate, to the sales team, to the installation. Every single person I met throughout the process was kind and transparent about the process, cost, and services. This was the biggest project in terms of cost that I've done so far on my house, and after all is said and done I have no regrets.
Call Representative
The call representative was efficient and kind any time I called. They were clear with instructions and were always willing to answer questions. I regret I didn't get their names to share in the survey because they deserve kudos too.
Sales Process
Jamey Elder was great to work with - we had a miscommunication on the work to be completed on the day of service, and Jamey quickly and efficiently helped me resolve the issue. His swift response, and kind nature helped to completely erase any initial frustration.
Our Installation Crew
I cannot say enough good things about the crew. They were incredibly kind, efficient, and worked hard throughout the day. Santiago, Rony Jr., Rony Sr. and Sam did an amazing job. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to do the work. Santiago was a great crew leader, he helped mee to understand what was happening with the installation, next steps, and when finished, he showed me around the basement so that I understood what work was completed. He also showed me an accidental window break and gave me the information to take care of it the next day. I was so appreciative of how he handled that issue. Again, Santiago, Rony Jr., Rony Sr., and Sam were fantastic.
The Cleanup Process
Santiago, Rony Jr., Rony Sr., and Sam made sure the basement was clean and tidy after the installation. They also ensured that the outside of the house where they were working was clean. I was so amazed at how clean everything was after such a messy process.

What made you choose our company:
I had estimates from other companies, and they were nice enough, but there was something about Jamey and how he interacted with me that made me feel like this was a safer choice. He also had someone with him, and unfortunately, I cannot remember his name. He also alleviated my fears and made me feel more comfortable. I had tentatively signed with the other company but was within the cancellation period. The same day I met Jamey and discussed the project, I knew that I was going to be cancelling with the other company. I am so glad that I did because the experience with Fortress Foundation was lovely. Even when small issues came up, either Jamey, Santiago, or office staff took care of everything. I'm not sure that I would have had the same experience anywhere else.our service area
