FFS came to our home for a foundation inspection. Scott Michealsen was the inspector. We had indications of the floors and walls moving. His inspection was thorough and each aspect was explained in detail. Overall, he was quite likeable, professional in his appearance and demeanor. His knowledge was unquestionably that of an expert.He informed us he did not find any issues with the foundation but agreed there was an issue, however, they would not be able to assist us. So I will conclude with him being trustworthy and honest as well.Overall I was very pleased and would contact him if ever I needed foundation advice in the future.

We had water in our basement not sure where or what was going on. Was told about Fortress by a reputable plumbing company. Set up the appointment ( which was done fast). The representative was Mr Paul Heckman. He listened and then he performed a detailed view of what the problem may be. After maybe 20 min he came back with the problem and the solution. Something to think about however Mr Heckman was hassle free and took the time to make sure what he was saying was understood. Detailed about every part of the job that needs to be done. Very much appreciated. We have not made a decision about the work that needs to be done. If and when we do decide Fortress will definitely get our buisness. Thank you Mr Heckman

I am absolutely thrilled by the professionalism, kindness, and skilled technicians, (Travis Farmer and Jack) that put in our sump pump today! They were absolutely wonderful in explaining every step and how to manage everything and that they are only a phone call away if I become concerned about anything at all. Travis Farmer and Jack were simply marvelous to work with and I am so excited that we will no longer need to worry when it starts to rain, we can actually relax and now have no worries! Could not ask for a better group of people to assist us. Their electrician Kevin was also wonderful to work with and explained everything! We had water coming in through our basement window well and hydrostatic pressure against our foundation wall. Fortress Foundation Solutions saved the day and we just wrapped up our basement waterproofing project with the basement gutter system and new sump pump and backup battery. Our job was installed by Santiago, David, and Jorge. I can’t praise these guys enough. They showed up on time, were professional, polite and courteous, took extra care in protecting my basement and HVAC system from the concrete dust, kept me up to date and in the loop on the process from beginning to end, and Santiago answered all my questions about the install and best ways to approach reframing up and insulating my basement. They did top notch work at a reasonable price. You can see the before where it’s very clear where water was coming into my basement, photos of how they installed the basement gutter system, and the after - no more water coming in my basement! Highly recommend this company for your waterproofing needs!
