Clint is always very helpful with any knowledge I need regarding waterproofing my basement. With owning an older home, it's great having someone who can tell me what I'm going to need for preventative care as well as things that could be issues in the future. I’m very pleased with my experience with Fortress Foundation Solutions. We needed help with waterproofing our basement which was a very stressful problem. From the beginning, Danny was super reassuring and helped ease the stress during the initial estimate and gave us a detailed breakdown of how our problem could be fixed. He was very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. On the day the project started, Nathan our foreman called and gave us a heads up on when his crew would arrive. Nathan and his crew Mickey, Dakota, and Joey went above and beyond to fix our basement and to make sure the job was done the RIGHT way. These guys worked super hard and were very detailed oriented and were able to get our job done in 2 days! Needless to say, I’m very impressed with the crew and the company!

My buyers had a home they wanted to purchase but it had foundation issues and they wanted to have the work done by the seller. I found Fortress Foundations and they sent Adam Catterson out to look at the job. He did a wonderful job explaining the process and writing up an estimate for me to present to the sellers with the option to pay at closing. Adam's crew did a wonderful job in less than a week and got us to closing. Everyone was very happy with the work and understood the process well thanks to Adam. My house was suffering from structural compromise, the crawl space was damp, and drafty. And i suspected there was mold. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Caleb came out for an estimate. Caleb and I hit it off immediately. After he inspected the crawl space he went over everything that needed to be done and found things I was not aware of. He showed me pictures and a short video to confirm what he had found including lots of mold. After deciding to go forward with the project, I met with Pete and his crew, Tim and Derek on the first day. They were amazing. They showed up everyday, on time and were very professional. Pete communicated with me every day, explained what had been done and what he was going to be doing next. These guys worked hard and made sure everything was done right. There were no shortcuts and they did a fantastic job. Fortress is the only company I would use for any foundation, crawlspace, or basement needs.

I had some minor damage to my foundation, at two corners actually. I used their website to submit an inquiry, and within minutes, I got a call to schedule an assessment. Caleb was my technician, who communicated with me every step of the way, arrived on time, and was very professional. I'd absolutely contact him again in the future if needed, and highly recommend him, and the company, to anyone who is in need of service to their foundation.
