Adam adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in a week early because of a time crunch I was in for a basement project I had going on. Adam was professional and a breath of fresh air to talk to after the previous companies I had dealt with that all sounded like used car salesmen and tried to sell me something before ever even looking at my problem. Adam was the complete opposite and actually took the time to listen to me and inspect my situation. Although I didn’t end up needing to use their services at this time, Adam has secured me as a customer when that time comes.

My husband and I would like to thank Fortress Foundation for their excellent work on fixing our basement walls. The crew they sent was Santiago , Rony and Rony Jr were excellent.  They came in and installed beams in my basement to support my basement walls. They did a great job and were very pleasant and professional .They also did a nice job of adding gutter extensions to my gutters to help and avoid getting in any more water in our basement. When they were done with the project they did a wonderful job of cleaning up and then showed us what they did . And answered any question we had. We would Definitely would highly recommend this company.

  Riley from Fortress Foundation Solutions came by a couple days ago to look at what I thought was a foundation issue. After looking at the house and foundation he said there were no foundation issues. Our foundation was solid and not moving.Having him look everything over and hearing his explanation of what was likely happening makes sense and is a huge blessing and piece of mind for us.Thank you Riley!

I had an outdated evergreen basement systems sump pump. I was told to by a friend to call Kevin. Kevin is a technician with Fortress Foundations. He showed up quoted us for our new system and installed it the same day. He is so pleasant to be around. Did an excellent job on our sump pump. We now have a back up battery and we no longer have to worry about losing power. So thankful for Kevin. He got the work done and was so polite. If the rest of the company is anything like Kevin I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fortress Foundations

"I work with a medium sized real estate team that's been operating in the northern virginia area for over 30+ years. We consistently run into time-line issues and having our trusted network of contractors constantly learning about the process of a real estate transaction. Information I am sure they could live without. We had a total of 5 different contractors come out to Duke Drive in Alexandria, a listing we were under contract for. The job required sistering two floor joices in a tiny crawl space. All four of them declined to do the work. We figured the degree of difficulty didn't warrant them coming to sister two boards. Santiago came out the same day for an estimate, gave me a completion date and the work ended up being finished before the settlement date had to be pushed back a second time. Jon was also very responsive and quick to help me with the letter head required by the underwriters stating the job had been finished. All in all, starting a "real estate team" is such a great idea. Santiago knew the real estate process, I didn't have to explain it to him. He got the job done before a very short deadline and the entire process has been refreshing to say the least. I wish every type of large contractor would have a real estate team as you do. Keep up the good work!

The guys arrived at my house on time and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, we were having unusually cold temperatures both days they were here. I never heard them complain once. I can say now that the job is complete, I’m seeing a significant difference in the temperature inside my home.Hats off to Gus, Luis, Jorge and Fernando for a job well done under bitter cold conditions.
