I had concerns about my foundation due to some new hairline cracks, spliting wood floors and other items throughout our house. My concerns were exacerbated by googling and so I reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions. Riley and RJ came by to give an inspection, and I was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I was expecting to hear a pushy sales pitch on how I needed a maintenance contract or to be over sold by using fear or the need to act now. It was the opposite. They reviewed the items I was concerned with and made assessments on each. I was able to schedule a next day appointment with Fortress Foundations for what appeared to be a significant and worrisome problem with the cement floor in our crawl space. Cara arrived early (after confirming that we would be able to accommodate an earlier appointment) and was patient with my explanation, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. She advised that no remediation was necessary at this time and recommended how to keep tabs on the situation. While we did not need services this time around, I definitely know who I will be calling if we ever do!

Great experience from start to finish. Kara was friendly and knowledgeable for the initial visit. I received several preparatory phone call reminders and the two guys who did the install were well prepared and professional. Price was reasonable compared to other estimates I received and considering the equipment and materials needed. Work done in less time than estimated.

I had concrete behind my pool that was starting to sink. The ground falls quick behind the concrete, so I was worried that it would get worse before it got better. I could also see openings between the concrete and my pool, so I knew I had a problem. Adam from Fortress foundations came out and showed me exactly what the problem was and the voids under the concrete. He gave me a quote quickly, which I felt was fair and to be honest, I was relieved that it wasn’t a lot more. Very soon after, Ethan and Sam came out to do the work. They took me through exactly what they were going to do and what I could expect. The work was done in a few hours and we did another walk-through then. It looked great, and I was surprised at how unobtrusive the fixes were for such a critical problem. Although Fortress Foundations is primarily known for basement work, they do awesome repairs on jobs like this. I would use them again anytime I needed foundation work done. Thanks so much!
