Had a great experience with Brandon, who came over to evaluate the sagging/sloping floors in our home. He pointed out an area of concern, but was candid in stating that the fix required was not a service Fortress handled. We also spoke about a [less urgent] issue that Fortress *could* fix, but Brandon made sure we understood that the solution would impact our recently renovated basement. I appreciated that Brandon appeared to have our best interests in mind, and that there wasn’t a hard sell. Fortress will be at the top of my list if we move forward with any floor leveling or foundation work.

Had to visit today with Caleb Stone. He was very professional, proficient in his knowledge of the services they offered and was able to tell me what would be best to handle my basement problems. Paul is THE MAN!!! Scheduling a free estimate with Fortress Foundation was incredibly easy online. They the best expert out to us (Paul)! I walked him through each and every problem and concern, and he took time to throughly explain why these things were happening and what we could do to prevent it. Fortress did a wonderful job encapsulating our crawlspace! Caleb, Warren and the team were all very pleasant to deal with and professional. They completed our project in one day. Warren even took the time to speak to us over the phone to go over the equipment when we got home from work so we didn’t have to miss anytime away from work. They did a wonderful job with our unique crawlspace that has a lot of rock under it and still made it look great! We highly recommend them if you need a basement encapsulation.

The scheduling process was smooth from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was fantastic, and they were able to schedule me the next day (on Christmas Eve!).Scott Michaelsen came out to assess my foundation. He called to confirm my appointment and texted me with his arrival time. Scott was punctual, knowledgeable, and great to work with. He took the time to explain what he was seeing and offered thoughtful guidance. He was able to answer all my questions and spent nearly an hour walking around my property talking with me.
