I cannot express in a full review how grateful I am for Fortress foundations. I had a terrible humidity and mold problem in my crawlspace after just one visit Brandon the coordinator that came out to give me the estimate was friendly attentive and answered all my questions whenever I have them, they not only exceeded my expectations, but they have gained a long life customer because I cannot see myself working with anyone else other than fortress foundation, the workers and installers that did the work for me. Did it in two days and did it very efficiently their names were Santiago, Ronny Senior, and Ronny jr. they were professional on time and did everything within the schedule. they communicated the whole time with me and they had no problems answering any of my questions I would 100% ask for those specific installers since they made the whole process and installation very seamless as someone that works in trades. I’m glad to see that they’re still a company out there that not only trains but hires technicians that are properly trained for their specific job and knowledgeable on what they do. I highly recommend this company for any of your basement crawlspace or foundation problems.

I attended a real estate presentation conducted by Madison, who delivered an informative overview of the company and its offerings, while also highlighting the advantages of their program in serving our clients.

Madison did a great job of telling what her company does. I will keep her in mind. Somethings they can help with include basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, humidity and mold control.

Fortress was recommended to me by a neighbor/friend and I, too, can highly recommend Fortress services. You will be cheating yourself if you don’t include them for foundation repair estimates. Great company!

Very satisfied with the results of my crawl space project. Crew was on time and completed the project quickly. The crew leader was able to have the dumpster removed from my driveway on a Saturday versus having to wait until Monday morning which was a huge help.

I’ve had Matt out to my house twice to look at two different concerns in my basement. Both times he’s given my house a clean bill of health and educated me on each concern. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. He’s never tried to sell me anything I don’t need. This company clearly cares about building long term relationships with their customers.

Gentleman arrived on time, were both very polite & friendly; professional, thorough in their explanation of the work to be done.  

The guys arrived at my house on time and did an amazing job. Unfortunately, we were having unusually cold temperatures both days they were here. I never heard them complain once. I can say now that the job is complete, I’m seeing a significant difference in the temperature inside my home.Hats off to Gus, Luis, Jorge and Fernando for a job well done under bitter cold conditions.

Never have had to outside contract, so was a bit concerned. Adam made thigs easy and clear with his initial inspection, as well as setting job up. The crew did a fantastic job and I am very happy with the results. Would highly recommend in the future.Greg

Travis, Jack, and Seth installed a system to jack my floors. Travis was good to work with and kept me informed and up to date one what was going on. I’ll request them again if I have any other work done by Fortress Foundation in the future.
