We had Fortress Foundation install a sump pump in our basement. The crew they sent out was absolutely incredible. We’ve had contractors in and out of our house for the past month and these guys were a breath of fresh air. They were on time, had great communication, they were tidy and respectful to our space and hard workers.Nick also found and fixed an issue that we thought was part of our foundation problem that we’ve been dealing with for over a year that I’ve lost lots of sleep over. He went above and beyond his job duties and we are so grateful that Nick and his crew worked in our house.They finished yesterday and today it’s raining all day, it’s the first time in a long time that I’m not worrying about water in the basement. Riley Ethier came to diagnose leak at the basement foundation. He did it very thoroughly, looked everywhere inside and out, found the source of leak was plumbing issue. He did awesome job . Very highly recommend to anyone who needs the excellent job to be done.

Fortress recently completed a top notch from start to finish project for us. They added supports and beams to remedy the failing foundation support to our sunroom. We sought several estimates for the work and Fortress' explanation of what was needed presented by System Designer Eddie seemed most accurate and straightforward. We also greatly appreciated the lack of sale's pressure. The company's communication leading up to the work by other staff was great and the team of Nate, Mickey and Dakota who did the work was impressive. The team was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and all three seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. As the homeowners, we anticipated this home problem and its remedy to be a stressful undertaking, but Fortress conveyed confidence throughout that they could address the problem successfully and they did.

FFS came to our home for a foundation inspection. Scott Michealsen was the inspector. We had indications of the floors and walls moving. His inspection was thorough and each aspect was explained in detail. Overall, he was quite likeable, professional in his appearance and demeanor. His knowledge was unquestionably that of an expert.He informed us he did not find any issues with the foundation but agreed there was an issue, however, they would not be able to assist us. So I will conclude with him being trustworthy and honest as well.Overall I was very pleased and would contact him if ever I needed foundation advice in the future.

We had water in our basement not sure where or what was going on. Was told about Fortress by a reputable plumbing company. Set up the appointment ( which was done fast). The representative was Mr Paul Heckman. He listened and then he performed a detailed view of what the problem may be. After maybe 20 min he came back with the problem and the solution. Something to think about however Mr Heckman was hassle free and took the time to make sure what he was saying was understood. Detailed about every part of the job that needs to be done. Very much appreciated. We have not made a decision about the work that needs to be done. If and when we do decide Fortress will definitely get our buisness. Thank you Mr Heckman

The team at Fortress Foundation was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any basement or foundation needs. They help me determine the right solution for my sinking garage foundation and came in on cost and on schedule.
