Challenge

With heavy rain, this homeowner’s basement and crawlspace would flood. Big puddles of standing water would form on the floor, which left the basement extremely damp and musty. The homeowner was growing very concerned about the possibility of mold growing in her home.

Solution

Fortress' primary solution for this space was to lay CleanSpace drain matting…but before this could be done, our installation crew removed all unwanted debris and all unneeded insulation. After the space was clear, CleanSpace was installed to cover the walls of the crawlspace (and basement) to protect the space from further water damage. CleanSpace was also applied to the columns to ensure the complete insulation of the space.
