Challenge
In Sharpsburg, MD, a homeowner faced a recurring issue with water intrusion in their basement. The problem had been increasing over time, with water primarily entering from the back left corner. Although the basement had previously been trenched, the issue persisted, indicating that the existing solution was insufficient.
Solution
We proposed the installation of the WaterGuard perimeter drainage system to efficiently channel seepage from the foundation walls. This was connected to our TripleSafe Sump Pump system, designed to handle large volumes of water reliably. To prevent moisture penetration and mold growth, we installed a CleanSpace liner along the basement walls. Additionally, our IceGuard system was included to ensure the discharge lines would function even during freezing weather.
