In DHS, MD, a homeowner noticed water pooling in the corners of their basement after every heavy rainstorm. Solution

Our System Design Specialist conducted a detailed inspection and determined that hydrostatic pressure was forcing water through the cold joints where the floor meets the wall. To permanently eliminate this issue, our production team installed the WaterGuard® sub-floor perimeter drainage system, designed to capture seepage and channel it discreetly into the TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System.

This triple-pump system provides superior protection and continues operating during power outages, ensuring round-the-clock peace of mind. To finish the project, we added the SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier to control moisture levels, prevent musty odors, and improve air quality.

After the installation, the homeowner’s basement stayed completely dry—even during multiple storms. They were thrilled to have finally found a permanent solution that ended years of water worries.
