This pressure forced water through the porous concrete and the cove joint where the wall meets the floor. Solution
Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a full-perimeter WaterGuard® drainage system to intercept water before it could enter the basement space. The system was installed beneath the slab along the foundation walls for effective and discreet water collection.
Collected water was directed into a TripleSafe™ sump pump system, ensuring dependable removal even during heavy rainfall. To maintain a dry and healthy environment, a SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier was also installed to regulate humidity levels.
