Solution
Our crews went out and installed a WaterGuard® drainage system beneath the basement floor along the perimeter to intercept water before it could enter the living space. That water is now directed into a TripleSafe™ sump pump system, ensuring it is efficiently removed—even during severe weather conditions.
To further protect the environment, we installed a SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier to control humidity levels and improve overall air quality throughout the basement.
