Solution
Cope and his crew installed our WaterGuard® drainage system with a TripleSafe™ sump pump to capture groundwater and keep the basement dry. A SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was also added to reduce humidity and create a healthier environment.
To stabilize the bowing wall, the team installed 10 CarbonArmor® wall support straps. These high-strength carbon fiber straps permanently reinforce the wall and help prevent any further inward movement.
