Smithsburg homeowners called Fortress after discovering water intrusion coming through their concrete basement wall. We sent Skylar, one of our skilled System Designers, to inspect the basement and determine the best course of action.
Solution
Skylar recommended installing 19 feet of WaterGuard® and 19 feet of CleanSpace® Wall System to capture and redirect the incoming water. The homeowners already had a functioning sump pump, so Gustavo and his crew tied the new waterproofing system into the existing sump, creating a complete drainage solution. The basement is now protected from future water intrusion, giving the homeowners a cleaner, drier, and more reliable space.
