Solution
After a thorough inspection, our System Designer recommended a full-perimeter interior waterproofing system to relieve the hydrostatic pressure and capture groundwater before it could enter the basement. The system directs the water to a sump pump, where it is safely discharged away from the home. To stabilize the bowing foundation wall, our crew installed five CarbonArmor® wall straps, preventing any additional inward movement and helping restore the home's structural integrity.
