Cope and crew installed 10 PowerBraces to stabilize the bowing wall and prevent any future movement, 5 SmartJacks that are extra tall to stabilize the floors that had started warping and sinking due to the high humidity in the space. In conjunction to the Foundation stabilization they also installed 105 feet of WaterGuard to address the water situation and redirect the water to a freshly installed Triple Safe sump pump system and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now this Knoxville homeowner will have a protected space from the ground up for years to come.
