Was super impressed with Riley Ethier from Fortress Foundation Solutions. We needed an estimate for a foundation problem on my Mom's house. Riley showed up right on time and went right to work. We were having a work day at the house and people were coming thru to look at the home for purchase but Riley worked in between all the chaos. Very professional and provided a detailed estimate. The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... I am highly satisfied and pleased with everything - 10 out of 10!

I contacted Fortress for assistance with my property taking on groundwater. Joe Mancini visited my home to conduct an assessment. Joe was very upfront with me in sharing that, due to the construction of my property (not having a basement or crawlspace), Fortress was not able to provide the waterproofing service I sought. Despite this, Joe took the time to educate me as to the type of service I needed for my property type (even pulling and showing me pictures of an example of the needed work) and gave some suggestions on how to find the service. Joe did offer an air purifier for my space to assist with mold contamination in the air (due to the water issue), to try to help my situation. Jordan delivered/installed the air purifier at a time that was convenient to me. He was professional and fully demonstrated the function and maintenance of the unit.
