The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... Initial call was super easy and appointment simple/quick to schedule. Danny C was incredibly communicative, flexible in scheduling and notifying me when he was on the way. He was prompt, super knowledgeable and explained everything to me. While we didn’t need the services to fix our issue, which Danny was completely honest and transparent about, my wife and I both thought he was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and an incredible representative of the company—we commented that we’d both hire him if we had a job for him and that FFS must do something right with their hiring.

Danny did a great job staying in communication with us during the whole process. Everything was very professional and well explained before the actual work started. Once the job began we had Travis and his crew and they were similarly fantastic to work with. Travis was very helpful and always checked with us first to confirm things were just the way we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an interior basement waterproofing system installed.
