Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

A homeowner near Shenandoah Junction, WV, had noticed his front porch settling over the last 10 years. Seeing a commercial on TV for concrete lifting and leveling, he decided to call Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. This process effectively lifts and levels concrete by injecting foam into small holes drilled into the concrete. The holes are then filled in and are unnoticeable. This before photo clearly shows the height difference between the two areas. In the after photo the two pieces of concrete are now even. This homeowner can enjoy their front porch once again!

A homeowner near Brandy Station, VA had a concrete slab near their pool deck that was cracked and not level. This property in Harpers Ferry had a driveway that had sunken and was uneven with large cracks.

The foreman went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports were installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the driveway  The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro Crack Repair was used to seal all cracks and joints.
