I had concrete behind my pool that was starting to sink. The ground falls quick behind the concrete, so I was worried that it would get worse before it got better. I could also see openings between the concrete and my pool, so I knew I had a problem. Adam from Fortress foundations came out and showed me exactly what the problem was and the voids under the concrete. He gave me a quote quickly, which I felt was fair and to be honest, I was relieved that it wasn’t a lot more. Very soon after, Ethan and Sam came out to do the work. They took me through exactly what they were going to do and what I could expect. The work was done in a few hours and we did another walk-through then. It looked great, and I was surprised at how unobtrusive the fixes were for such a critical problem.
