Firstly, Chris made a visit to gauge the scope of work and the materials required. His is very professional and we kept in touch prior to the repair crew arriving a few weeks later.Tim and his crew arrived earlier than expected and went right to work. Their methods were far superior to another company that was out here a few years back who did a slap and dab with their caulking product. Pad lifting was fair but not good. Chris had emphasize the need to lift the pads to the weep holes in the retaining wall that is 52' long.Tim kept me apprise of their progress and the final result looks great. The clean-up was excellent and nothing was left behind but the great work. Five stars for certain and a highly recommended company for a wet basement (MIL) and our driveway and large parking area.

The process they use is clean, efficient, and provides INSTANT results. Their warranty is the industry gold standard. They not only 'fixed' the problem by leveling the driveway, they truly FIXED the CAUSE of the problem by sealing the cracks where water was running in and causing the problems. I would also add that the sealant product they offer is well worth the cost - the value is there, and is visibly evident. The sealant they apply makes water bead up and roll off, like an expensive wax or coating job on a car. This prevents spalling - a process wherein concrete or masonry absorbs water or moisture from rain, or worse, freeze-thaw cycles, and the concrete or masonry crumbles, flakes, or splits off. The sealant is the key after having a driveway, sidewalk, or concrete work leveled and cracks filled.Back to Tim and Alex:You will not find two more cheerful, professional, or efficient gentlemen. I had Adam from Fortress out to my home for some sagging concrete on our front porch. Ethan and Sammy did a great job adding some foam to lift and re-level it. They were clean, courteous, and professional.

Tim C. And Jayden were on time for their appointment with me to raise a concrete pad that had sunk down over 4 inches. They did a great job explaining the process and kept me informed as the work was going on. They performed the elevation of the concrete pad with no issues. Without me asking, they installed concrete caulk around the side of the raised concrete pad next to the house, including adding sand to the top of the caulk so it took on a closer coloration to the stonework surrounding the portion of the pad next the house. We are very pleased with their service and the results. Very professional and appreciated the communication throughout their work process.

I would like to add the salesman named Caleb was no pressure explained everything, answered all questions in a professional manner. Had to have the driveway fixed where it had sunken from sewer drain field not filled correctly. FF had the best price and will have to say did a 1st class job. Tim & Jayden got it right and very satisfied with their finished look. They answered “all my questions” with a smile ~

We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results.
