Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This crawlspace was flooded with muddy water, mold, and a terrible smell. It was in bad shape and in desparate need of help. Because this water sat so long, the entire house began to smell like mold and mildew. Fortress helped this homeowner out by installing a CleanSpace Encapsulation system and a TripleSafe Sump System with a SaniDry Sedona. Now this crawlspace will stay clean and dry!

This crawlspace in Collinsville Virginia was very damp and musty. Fortress Foundation Solutions put up our Clean Space liner to seal off the space from any water. We also installed a Triple Safe sump pump to redirect all the water to outside of the home. TO control the humidity, we put a Sani Dry Sedona dehumidifier in the crawlspace as well.

After having our System Designer come out and evaluate this home, Fortress went out and installed a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep all moisture and water out of the crawl space, leaving that area dry!

Our Forman and his crew were able to turn this plan into a reality. The crew installed out CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SaniDry Dehumidifier. The CleanSpace acts as a barrier to protect the crawl space from the outside elements. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier eliminates any moisture or humidity that may be in the area.
