Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This Collinsville, VA resident called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns regarding their crawl space. The crawl space was taking on water after it rained. Our System Designer was able to visit this home and provide a solution to these homeowners. The System Designer recommended an Encapsulation. 

Our Forman and his crew were able to turn this plan into a reality. The crew installed out CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SaniDry Dehumidifier. The CleanSpace acts as a barrier to protect the crawl space from the outside elements. Our SaniDry Dehumidifier eliminates any moisture or humidity that may be in the area.

After having our System Designer come out and evaluate this home, Fortress went out and installed a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation, along with a SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. From the sump the water is pumped out through a discharge out of the home.
