Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This home had a small crawlspace which would have standing water when it rained heavily. We completed a full Crawlspace encapsulation with a Sedona dehumidifier and Mold X to remove mold that has been growing on the joists.

Our System Designer, Paul was able to give a free estimate on this property and give these homeowners a piece of mind. Paul recommended Smart Jacks to give those sagging floors some support. He also recommended encapsulating the crawl space. After our Foreman, Aaron and his crew installed the SmartJacks they installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier. This barrier protects the crawl space from the outside elements. Our crew also installed our Sanidry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture that was in the crawlspace.
