Our System Designer, Chris, went out to evaluate this home and determined that the best options for this crawl space would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier and Mold X Treatment. The CleanSpace and SaniDry will stop moisture from entering the crawl space and prevent any future mold growth.
This home in South Boston, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns about the crawl space under the home. The area was very humid and was holding a lot of moisture that was causing mold. Our System Designer was able to visit with the homeowners and discuss options for encapsulation.
