Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This home was a special project for our Fortress Foundation Solutions team.  The family residing in the home had a special need to be free of invasive water because of health concerns.  Our system designer went to this property to give the family recommendations.  He knew how important it was to the family to make sure there was no unwanted moisture coming into the home.  Our Fortress Foundation Solutions foreman Charlie Evans and his team started the project by re-grading the crawlspace, which will also help with water not pooling. As you can see the space, while uncluttered, was very dingy. After re-grading, the crew completed the encapsulation with the drainage matting and CleanSpace vapor barrier to leave the space clean and dry. The family residing here will be living in a healthier environment.  The Fortress Foundation Solutions team was fortunate to be able to help this family.

Our system designer recommended our Silver Glo wall insulation to keep this are from getting cold. Our System Designer also knew the mold needed to be taken care of as well, so our company was able to remediate the mold as well. Our Foreman and his crew began this project by leveling the crawlspace. Next the installed the Silver Glo to the wall, finally they installed out Clean Space Vapor Barrier. Our crew also installed a Sani Dry Dehumidifier to control the humidity levels in the home.
