This homeowner had a dirt crawl space with moldy insulation that need to be replaced. Fortress solved this issue by waterproofing the crawl space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation. We also installed a TripleSafe Sump System to ensure that the crawlspace would stay clean and dry.

This homeowner wanted to take care of their crawl space by doing a complete encapsulation to give them peace of mind knowing that underneath of their home would provide clean and dry air into their home up above. 

This Charlottesville Non-profit school needed storage and residential space. They needed Fortress Foundation Solutions to help them solve this problem. System Designer, Danny Camunas, was able to provide an inspection and free estimate. Crew leader, Warren Dickerson, led his team to install Smart Jacks for floor support; drainage matting; and CleanSpace vapor barrier in the the crawl space of a building on the grounds. Now the building is structurally sound, and the air quality improved making it a positive space for learning to take place!
