Fortress Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

When this homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation, their crawl space was in rough shape. Mold, water seepage, and high humidity were creating an unhealthy environment beneath their home. They needed a comprehensive solution to eliminate moisture, improve air quality, and protect their foundation for the long term. One of our expert system designers, Danny, went out to the home and completed a thorough inspection and provide a proposal for a solution. This customer opted to conduct a full crawl space encapsulation utilizing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. They're thrilled to have the work completed and to have their home stable, safe, and healthy.

This home had cracked walls and water in the basement plus water in the crawl space.  Clean Space Wall was used along the front basement wall with Power Braces to stabilize the block foundation.  Waterguard was installed and a Super Sump was placed in the corner of the room. A discharge line was run through the crawl space to the outside of the home.  The crawl space had drainage matting installed and was encapsulated using Clean Space. A broken water line was discovered and repaired in the process.

The existing sump location was not ideal for the water issued that were present in the home.  A new optimal location was chosen and in conjucntion with WaterGuard the Super Sump will efficiently and effective manage the water in the space. 

This homeowner in Tomsbrook,VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concern about a wall that was beginning to bow inward. Our System Designer was able to go out to this home and provide a permanent solution. Our Foreman,and his crew went to install the following products that were suggested by our System Designer. This solution included Power Braces. Power Braces help to support a weakened wall. This product prevents the wall from collapsing any further. 

This home in Rose Hill, VA was experiencing some water intrusion in the crawl space along with some sagging floors in the home. These homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this issue. Our System Designer, Jamey, went out to this home and knew the best solution to this home would be our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier. These products work together to ensure that no water or moisture gets into this home ever again. We also installed our SmartJacks to help reverse the sagging of the floors in the home.
