Before, the Fitzgeralds in Alexandria, were experiencing structural concerns beneath the deck that supported their sunroom. After a full inspection, we found the area needed additional support, but the tight crawlspace made access difficult and required sections of the deck boards to be carefully removed. Gustavo, our foreman, and his crew installed 8 SmartJacks along with 20 feet of supplemental beam to properly stabilize the structure. Now, the sunroom is safely supported and stabilized for years to come.

Tackling water intrusion challenges in Alexandria, VA, our team transformed a wet basement into a fortress against moisture. As seen in the before photo, unwanted water made itself at home, revealing efflorescence behind walls. System designer, Skylar followed our mission: replace worry with wellbeing. By installing our TripleSafe Sump Pump, IceGuard, CleanSpace, SaniDry Sedona, and WaterGuard systems, we reclaimed this basement space, as showcased in the after photo. This home owner called our office to see if we could help preserve "the bones" of their 1875 Victorian farmhouse. Our expert system designer, Skylar, was sent to do a complete and free evaluation.

Skylar quickly helped find a solution and our superintendent Nick took a few crews over to the property to "forever" brace the foundation with our EverBrace wall restoration system. The home owner can now continue the renovations knowing the foundation is secure for many, many more years to come!

This homeowner's crawlspace was in bad shape. It was holding a lot of moisture, causing the insullation to fall and the air quality to be less than ideal. A damp crawlspace can also threaten the integrity of the home by weakening the floor joists and beams. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions for help. Our systems designer went out and gave them a free estimate and proposed a solution to save their crawlspace. A crew installed a full encapsulation using our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo insulation. They also installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which acts as an air purifier as well as a dehumidifier. This crawlspace is now safe from moisture and critters and has been turned into a usable space for storage. On top of all that, the homeowners can have peace of mind that they are breathing the cleanest air thanks to the SaniDry Sedona. 

This client wanted a standard encapsulation by a trustworthy company in her crawl space, so she contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions. Our System Designer, Skylar Beverage, went out and mapped out a solution for her, and soon after, our crew went out to encapsulate her crawl space. They laid down our Drainage Matting before installing our SilverGlo Insulation on the walls, our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the ground, and sealing it with our Rim Joist Insulation. We left our customer with a wonderfully clean, sealed crawl space!
