Murphy B. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing water in his crawlspace after heavy rains. A System Designer met with Murphy, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry.
