This Culpeper, VA resident was having issues with water and moisture in the crawl space of this home. After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, Our System Designer was able to go out to this home to provide a permanent solution. The System Designer Knew the best solution would be a total encapsulation. Our Foreman and his crew installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, and our SaniDry Dehumidifier. This encapsulation left the homeowners very happy and also with a piece of mind.  

In Leon, Virginia, this homeowner contacted us with a damp, unhealthy crawl space issue, evident in the initial photo where moisture buildup threatened the integrity of their property. Our team at Fortress Foundation Solutions transformed their environment using our top-tier products. First, we installed CleanSpace, a high-quality encapsulation system, to effectively seal out moisture. Next, the UltraSump System was added to ensure efficient water removal and security through solid backup support. Finally, we utilized SilverGlo Crawl Space Insulation to enhance energy efficiency and prevent future moisture intrusion and associated issues.

This basement had an existing sump pump, which we removed and replaced with a TripleSafe.

This basement had damp floors with small puddles. Their painted-on sealant chipped away over time, which caused water to come through the walls. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter french drain and a TripleSafe sump pump system.
