Zinc-plated steel beams are custom-fit to your basement wall height and secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to your basement floor and floor joists. PowerBrace's unique, patented design allows the system to be tightened over time, potentially reversing wall failure without any invasive drilling or digging on the property. This customer was tired of their home suffering from sagging floors & decided to reach out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for an estimate. We sent out a system designer who did an inspection of the home and gave a proposal and quote to the homeowner. We utilized our SmartJack® crawl space support system for this project. The SmartJacks provide a solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a crawl space.

This finished basement needed waterproofing after a flooding incident. The flooring and an old sump pump was removed. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a perimeter WaterGuard Drainage System, Triple Safe Sump Pump System with external discharge, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. We use plastic sheeting to keep our customers' homes clean and tidy while we work.
