In the before photo, taken in a Galax home, you can see what an unencapsulated Crawl Space looks. The uncovered zone invited high humidity levels, a likely source of musty odors and increased energy bills. For the after solution, we installed our CleanSpace system, SilverGlo insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. As visible in the transformation, these reduced surplus moisture and fortified insulation – ensuring a dry area beneath the home.

In the 'before' photo, it's clear that moisture problems were troubling Cory's basement in Galax, Virginia. Persistent water seepage threatened the integrity and comfort of his home. Noticeable damp patches made the environment unwelcoming.
To address these issues, we installed our comprehensive waterproofing system. As depicted in the 'after' photo, the WaterGuard perimeter drainage efficiently channels water away. Coupled with the TripleSafe sump pump, they've provided reliable flood protection. For added moisture control, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier ensures dry, healthy air throughout the basement. As a result, Cory can now enjoy a clean, dry, and safe basement.
Greg W. had taken a look in his crawl space to see about some plumbing repairs and noticed evidence of moisture along the walls. Having only owned the home for a few years, he was unsure of the severity of the moisture intrusion. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer met with Greg, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The CleanSpace is in place to seal the home from the damp earth. Moisture and its damaging effects on the wood structure of the home are kept out. The final step is the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. It removes moisture from the air keeping the crawl space dry. When Greg looks into his crawl space now, it is clean, dry and he knows his home is protected!
Fortress Foundation Solutions installed a WaterGuard french drain system that connected two rooms, CleanSpace wall system, and TripleSafe sump pump.
