Smithsburg homeowners called Fortress after discovering water intrusion coming through their concrete basement wall. Needing a professional solution, they reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent Skylar, one of our skilled System Designers, to inspect the home.
Skylar recommended installing 19 feet of WaterGuard® and 19 feet of CleanSpace® Wall System to capture and redirect the water. The homeowners already had an operational sump pump, which Gustavo and his crew tied the new system into, creating a complete waterproofing solution.
A homeowner in Middletown, Maryland, had a sinking, unlevel sidewalk leading to their front door. It had become a tripping hazard, and fearing the cost of replacement, they reached out to Fortress. We sent Matt, our skilled System Designer, to perform a complete evaluation, and he showed the homeowner how we could lift and level their sidewalk for much less than the cost of replacement and with far less disruption.
A homeowner in Jefferson, Maryland noticed numerous cracks and uneven concrete around their pool and reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to see if we could help.
System Designer Joe met with the homeowners and performed a thorough inspection of the affected area. After investigating the cause of the sinking and cracked concrete, he determined that voids beneath the slabs were allowing the concrete to settle. Joe developed a customized repair plan to permanently address the issue.
The very next week, Ethan and Samuel arrived on site and expertly lifted and leveled the concrete surrounding the pool, restoring both the appearance and safety of the area.
