This basement in Bland, VA was having issues with water coming in after rain events. The water was making its was in where the wall and floor meet. Fortress Foundation Solutions was able to send our System Designer to visit the homeowners and conduct a solution for this issue.
The System Designer knew the best solution would be our WaterGuard System. This system is place on the footer of the home around the perimeter of the basement. The system catches the water that comes into the home and directs it to our TripleSafe Sump Pump System where the water is then pumped out of the home.

The basement of this home in Fries,VA had a recurring problem with water seeping in after periods of heavy rain. The homeowner reached out to Fortress because they wanted a permanent solution.
Our System Designer went out to evaluate this problem, and determined that the best solution would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the basement perimeter with a TripeSafe Sump Pump.
Our crew installed the WaterGuard System designed to capture any water before it reaches the basement floor. The water is then drained away to the TripleSafe sump pump and pumped out of the home. The TripleSafe has two pumps ready for heavy rain and a third to operate off of a battery backup in case of a power outage. Together these products will ensure this basement will stay dry all year long in every circumstance!
