Fortress Foundation Solutions installed drainage matting, CleanSpace Walls, FoamMax Insulation, a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and moved the existing sump to a better location.

Jacob T. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing musty smells coming from his crawl space. After investigating, he discovered mildew and moisture beginning to damage his wooden floor joists and falling down, moisture-saturated insulation. System Designer Skylar Beverage met with Jason, inspected his crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew was onsite installing drainage matting, SilverGlo insulation and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture and the SilverGlo insulates to keep the home warm in winter and cool in the summer. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed removing excess moisture from the air, keeping the crawl space dry. Jacob has now protected his most important asset - his home!

The basement of this home in Brunswick was wet and really needed our help! 

Our System Designer, Curt Withrow, went out to assess the home and determined that the best solution for this home would be to install our WaterGuard XL System along the perimeter of the basement, along with a SuperSump Sump Pump. 

Our WaterGuard System is designed to capture any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor, any water will then drain to the SuperSump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this basement will stay dry all year long!
