The water was coming through the concrete block and flowing out onto the floor. When the water receded, a chalky white substance was left on the walls. They had started to notice sagging in their floors above and were concerned with the stability of their home. After reviewing our findings with the customer, we went forward and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to fully encapsulate the crawl space.
