Mitchell G. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after noticing musty smells coming from his crawl space. After investigating, he discovered mildew and moisture beginning to damage his wooden floor joists and falling down, moisture-saturated insulation. This home in Herndon had a sidewalk and steps that were sinking and cracking badly.

Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out and determined that our PolyLevel Injection System would be able to lift that area back up to it's original position.

The foreman for this, Brian Davis, went out and strategically drilled holes in the concrete where injection ports are then installed. Polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. The holes and control joints are then sealed. NexusPro crack repair was used to seal the cracks.
