Jake Q., homeowner near Round Hill, VA, thought his crawl space was all sealed up since he had had plastic 'installed'. He set the footers, installed the Smart Jack post under the beam, and lifted until the floor was stabilized. The final step was to install CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier sealing the house off from the damp ground below. Now when Joe walks across his kitchen he is confident knowing his floor is stable, his crawl space is clean & dry, eliminating future mold growth or floor sagging.
