This homeowner in Warrenton contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had some concerns about their foundation. There were several stair-step cracks on the outside walls of the house.
Fortress solved this problem by installing our Push Piers. Push Piers feature a patent-pending external sleeve that strengthens the pier at the critical tension point below the bracket. They are installed next to the footings and attached with a heavy duty steel bracket. Soil is backfilled around the piers once stabilization and lifting is complete to finish the installation.
He's had an engineer come out who recommended us. All brick ranch home has broken/sinking footing. Interested in push piers.
They had gaps in the walls and windows that would not operate.
We went out and were able to lift the house 2.5 inches which closed the gaps in the walls and now they are able to open and close
windows that weren't functional.

Our expert team injected high-strength polyurethane foam through small holes to fill the void beneath the slabs, effectively lifting and leveling the concrete, as seen on the right. The result is a safe and smooth driveway that enhances durability and visual appeal.
